Ingredients
1 cup of oat flakes (95g) ⠀
1 tablespoon carob powder (15g) ⠀
1/2 teaspoon yeast (2g) ⠀
1 ripe banana (small) (65g)
3/4 cup oat vegetable drink (165g) ⠀
Method
Mix all the ingredients and grind with the magic wand or in a blender.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
With the help of a spoon pour the dough to form the pancakes and cook for about 2 minutes.
Turn with a spatula and cook for another 2 minutes. ⠀
Serve with fresh raspberries (optional)
