Carob and orange mousse


6 eggs ⠀

1 carob bar (carob bar)⠀

2 dessert spoons of coconut oil

Zest of an orange (to taste)


1. Beat 6 egg whites;

2. Melt the tablet with 2 tablespoons of coconut oil;

3. Add the zest of 1 orange and the melted tablet to the yolks;

4. Involve little by little with the egg whites;

5. Keep it cold for a few hours;
