Carob semifreddo by Rogério Gago


2 tablespoons of carob and almond spread and a little more for decoration.

1 Natural soy yogurt

1 teaspoon of peanut butter

Q.b. of vegan oatmeal cookies

Q.b. of roasted peanuts





1) In a bowl, add the yogurt with Carob and almond spread, and peanut butter;

2) Involve well;

3) In a transparent glass, place coarsely crushed cookies on the bottom with some peanuts;

4) Place the preparation on top;

5) At the top, put some crushed crackers, some peanuts again, and carob bar zest;

6) Using a spoon, make Carob paste over the top (if necessary, for 10 seconds in the microwave to make it more liquid);
